Spotless place with amazingly comfortable and nice rooms. Polite staff, and affable as well. Good to have climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television.

I always stay here, no regrets. I remember the staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, fitness centre, and more. Coming back for Easter.

unixx pattaya by alvin exceeded expectations during this stay. loved the swimming pool, water slide, and convenience of the lobby. sky garden offered stunning views of pattaya. the apartment had all the amenities needed for a family.

lovely stay here! the rooms were so convenient and had all the facilities we needed. the host was super helpful and even messaged us the wifi password. we had no issues with checking in and out. definitely my favorite stay in thailand so far!

Noisy aircon fan.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities at Unixx Pattaya. the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a sauna, two swimming pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. We also enjoyed the gorgeous views from the observation decks. the owner was sociable and even went out of their way to return some forgotten items. the location was convenient, with tuk-tuk stops just 100m away.

We felt right at home at Unixx Pattaya, and the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us.

The room I stayed in was fantastic! It had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy seating area. I loved that my room had a patio, perfect for enjoying the lovely weather in Pattaya. The flat-screen TV in my room was a great addition for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble floor in the apartment. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect, as it was pretty near to almost everything. We were able to easily explore the city center and visit all the main attractions. the room was clean and cozy, with a modern design that we loved. the bathroom was also clean and well, maintained. the staff provided exceptional service, always being attentive and responsive to our needs. the hotel had great facilities, including a nice big swimming pool and a children's play area.

One negative aspect was that some long, term residents in the building didn't seem happy about short, term rentals, and there was a complaint from someone living next door about my kids playing.

It would have been helpful to have some general information in the room, like the WiFi password, the schedule of the minibus, and the locations of the various facilities in the building. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, especially the walls and bathroom.

The host was quick to respond on WhatsApp, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. This stay was my favorite in all of Thailand, offering a cheap and best experience. The self-check-in process was made easy with step-by-step instructions. The apartment had all amenities, and it was located in a perfect part of town within walking distance of everything.
